Halo 😺

Halo the one eyed cat is doing much better than when he arrived.
He was running alive with fleas and had severe anemia and seemed to have lost the will, but he is brighter now and fleas have all gone 🙂

His short tail has lost fur at the end and hopefully will grow back

He is about 8-12 we were told.

He is now fully vaccinated, chipped and castrated and looking for a kind home 😊

Homechecks and adoption fee apply.

This boy needs fosterer/Rescue space

•He’s 3 years old Labrador, birthday is in February.

•He’s a playful boy that loves lots of attention but loves a good cuddle. He can be over playful and needs help calming down.

•He loves cats as my cat will cuddle up with him. We have another dog so he is good with dogs. He is good with children i have 2 small kids and 2 older kids. He will take food from them and can knock them over because he’s got no spatial awareness and he loves any food.

QUEENIE SHIHTZU 👑

Homechecked fosterer required

This is 👑 Queenie 😊

She needs a new Kingdom and to be pampered and spoilt 😊 as her last one was.

She likes dogs outside but probably not inside because she doesn't like to share her throne and will growl out of jealousy and might snap especially if she is on a lap having a cuddle, so would prefer to have her Kingdom to herself.

She is a 4 year old Shihtzu

Homechecks apply.

PATTERDALE PUP

NOW REHOMED 😊

This little guy went into foster with Penney.

He is 12 weeks old and owner thinks, was told, he is a JRT X but I think I see Patterdale x

He is using puppy pads and he sleeps in a crate.

Getting him used to having a collar and lead/harness

Everything done except 2nd vaccination and castrate when he is a bit older at one if our vets 😊

He comes with 5 weeks free insurance.

Will update tomorrow 🙂

PRITI 🙂 NOW REHOMED.

NOW REHOMED 😊

This Beautiful girl came in pregnant, she is very timid and was classed as a stray for many months, now she has had her kittens she is looking for a calm, quiet home where she can sleep for most of the day  neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, seems sociable with other calm cats but not Dog tested.

NOW REHOMED 😊

These 2 girls are looking for their forever home 😍

Fosterers notes......
Morning Karen

Both girls doing well. Much more settled. Had an action packed weekend visiting friends. Still not a fan of walks but enjoy playing in the garden. Finished the bank holiday zonked on the sofa 😊🐾x

Panini and Pretzel

Panini is 6 and Pretzel is 4
Panini is Pretzels mum and a tiny little girl 💕

A nice quiet home would be ideal for these 2 little girls
No young children, preferably no dogs unless a very calm dog, not cat tested.

Ebony and Wonky NOW REHOMED 😊

Ebony female and Wonky male kitten 12 weeks old.

Very playful and loving and good with using a litter tray

Both black, and Wonky has a kink in his tail 🥰

Had 1st vaccination and are microchipped, flead and wormed and will be neutered at 6 months at one of our vets.

Peanut REHOMED

This is Peanut 😊 he is a 6 year old JRT and he is looking for a home 😄

He is ok with dogs but not cats as he will chase.

He barks at first but soon comes around for a cuddle 🤗 And he can only go with older children over 10 years old.

This is a private rehoming and we are helping them and doing Homechecks for the owners.

Dotty and Ginger

These 2 cats are looking for a home together or seperately, used to living with a male owner that sadly died, they are outdoor Cats but enjoy being indoors occasionally

They are both approx 4 years old

Cats are both male, Black one is Dotty and Ginger.

Both been neutered, love going outdoors laying in the sun.

Currently in Orpington

Danny

Danny will need a particular home as he is a bit nervous and defensive when he initially meets people, we unfortunately don't know his background but his behaviour and lack of trust suggests he was either not treated very well or had little contact with people.

When he first came to us it took weeks for him to even leave his cat carrier only to eat and toilet, he was very fearful and only felt safe in his carrier even a toy would not coax him out so we left him to venture out when he was ready, after a while he moved around the cattery always keeping a metre distance between you and him always ready to run.

He did not like feet and would flinch when you bent to stroke him so these movements were very slow around him and over time he is much better these movements and has much more trust and no more flinching.

Whether he was harmed or had a rough owner we don't know but he was not very good at playing, he would bite or use his claws to harshly leaving marks on the skin but he did not do this to be nasty he was just not used to knowing how to play. He soon learned from us that he used his teeth and claws in the wrong way and that behaviour has nearly stopped.

A few weeks later he now acts like a nearly normal cat, he can be stroked, tickled and will play. He initially acts like a bit of a bruiser but it turns out that he is just clumsy and a bit dopey 😉

He will need a firm owner, his new owner must be robust in order to carry on teaching him when he is too rough and we don't think children would suit Danny unless older teenagers and also robust, we expect that when Danny is rehomed that he will not settle in quickly but may take weeks of creeping about the house avoiding the people until he is ready to bond however we may find he settles in faster in a home than in a cattery if he feels safer than he did with us.

Either way a patient owner ignoring him for a few weeks and waiting for Danny to trust will be needed for him to settle.

We will advise the new owner on the best ways, hints and tips to help him settle in but don't expect a lap cat over night with Danny.

Very good at the Vets and being transported.

Very good with other cats after slow and careful introduction but I think it's a No for living with Dogs as he can be bulshy with Dogs we have tested him with, he will turn into a friendly cat as he is 80% there already and has come on leaps and bounds, he deserves a calm, patient and firm home where he can bond and finally trust his new owners.
